Instagram Price Reply Templates to Copy

Dayrect can help your page answer an Instagram price question with the business's own details in a private message. Copy a template below, fill every bracket with current information, and review it before use. These are editorial examples; Dayrect does not import them or fill prices automatically.

Explore Dayrect or read the guide to sending prices by DM from comments.

Copy a price reply template

Every bracketed phrase is an instruction for you to replace. No example includes a real price, currency, date, link, or stock detail. Do not send a template until the business has supplied and checked those facts.

Shop: answer about an item

Shop: share a current item price

Name the specific product and its real options. If the price changes by size or configuration, make that clear in the message.

Coach: explain a session or package

Coach: explain a session or package

Describe what the offer includes. Link only to a destination supplied and checked by the business.

Café: share a menu price

Café: answer about a menu item

Current availability can change. Check the menu destination and avoid implying that an item is in stock unless the business confirms it.

Course: describe enrollment details

Course: share course details

Keep the enrollment terms and any requirements accurate. Do not add an expiry date or discount unless the owner provided it.

Price list: send a current destination

Price list: share a checked page

The business supplies the URL. Open it on a phone and confirm that it shows the right items and terms. The message and destination do not update automatically when another price list changes.

Availability: explain what to check

Availability: explain a changing detail

Use this only if the business confirms the listed price. Replace the source with a current page or contact route.

No fixed price: ask for the needed detail

No fixed price: explain what affects it

Ask only for the information needed to identify an accurate option. Do not invent a range or imply a quote is guaranteed.

Add a caption and an honest public reply

Use a caption that explains the offer and asks for a clear word:

Comment [KEYWORD] to ask about [OFFER] by DM.

This line is a draft, not an active automation. Configure a matching rule before suggesting that the person will receive a message. Keep essential buying information in the public offer where appropriate.

If you use a public acknowledgement, choose neutral wording:

Thanks for asking. Please check your messages and message requests.

Do not say “sent” unless delivery is confirmed. The public comment and private message are separate.

Put the message into a comment-to-DM flow

Follow the comment-to-DM setup guide. In Dayrect, choose Create automation, then Comment → DM, select the relevant post, and enter the matching word under Words. Put the reviewed text under Message to send. If the text refers to a price list, use only the link the business supplied and checked.

Use Test with a sample to inspect the setup without sending Instagram messages. Then try the real path with another account and check the received DM and destination. A copied message does not enable a rule, and a queued message is not confirmed delivery.

For different offers, make sure each message matches the right post and details. If someone asks about a changing price, update the configured text or linked source yourself and test again. For more guidance, read how to send prices by DM from Instagram comments.

Check every field before use

Confirm the product or service name, price, currency, options, availability, terms, and next step with the business. Replace every bracketed field; search the draft for [ and ] so none remain by accident. Check the URL on a phone and ensure it points to the intended current information.

Do not add a discount, shipping cost, inventory statement, expiry date, or delivery promise without owner-supplied evidence. If a value is unknown, ask the page owner or leave the message unpublished until it is verified.

Frequently asked questions

Do the bracketed fields fill themselves in?

No. These are editorial placeholders. Replace them manually with current information from the business.

Will a price update when I change it somewhere else?

No automatic synchronization is established. Update the message or supplied price-list page and check it again.

Should I also show the price publicly?

Keep essential buying terms clear in the public offer where appropriate. A DM can add relevant detail.

What if the price depends on options?

Name the real factor and ask only for the detail needed to share the current option. Do not present a made-up range.

Do these messages send automatically by themselves?

No. Configure a supported comment-to-DM flow and test it. The text alone is not an automation.
