Instagram DM template for a gym class schedule

A short Reel can show the energy of your gym, but it cannot answer every question about times and bookings. Invite viewers to comment SCHEDULE and deliver the current class schedule in one helpful private message using Dayrect.

Prepare the message

Copy the template below and replace [YOUR CLASS SCHEDULE LINK] with your real schedule URL. Keep the schedule on a page you can update, so the message still works when instructors or times change. Make sure the page shows your location and time zone. Do not promise a free trial unless your gym actually offers one.

Set up the automation

1. Connect the gym’s professional Instagram account to Dayrect.
2. Select the Reel featuring your classes and choose a comment keyword trigger.
3. Enter SCHEDULE and paste your edited message as the private reply.
4. Keep the follow check off if the caption promises the schedule to anyone who asks.
5. Review the outgoing message, including the automation disclosure, then activate the rule.
6. Test with a fresh comment from another account and open the link on a phone.

This template sends a requested schedule, not a recurring reminder. Meta permits one private reply per comment within seven days. The person must respond before further automated messages can continue within the 24-hour messaging window. See Meta’s private reply limits.
