Know the limits

• Automated replies must stay within 24 hours of the person’s last message.
• Human handoff marks the conversation for a person; taking over pauses the bot until you explicitly return control.
• Free, Creator, Growth and Agency include 1, 2, 5 and 15 seats respectively.
• Plan retention windows are 30, 90, 365 and 730 days respectively; contacts and rules are not deleted by retention pruning.
